This film explores the causes and effects of anxiety. It features candid interviews with teens and young adults, such as swimmer Michael Phelps, who suffer or have suffered from anxiety and what they’ve learned about it. The film provides solutions, resources and tools. An interactive panel of local experts, parents and teens takes place after the movie to provide additional tips and advice.

This year's theme is Raising Strong Kids Who Thrive. In keeping with the theme, some topics that would be especially fitting include (but are not limited to) resilience, bullying, compassion, equity, sibling rivalry/family dynamics, positive discipline, and self-care.
