Resetting your password

Note: These steps must be completed in-district

1) Go to, sign in with your district user name and password and then click Login.

2) If logging in for the first time, you’ll need to complete the security questions section. 

3) Select the Change Password tab, enter your old and new password, and click Change Password.

Post reset steps for Apple laptops

(Be sure to read steps 4a-4c below before you begin this process)

4a) Restart your device and log back on with your new password.
4b) At the …unlock your login keychain prompt, click Update Keychain Password.

4c) Enter your original password and click OK.

4d) To reconnect to the OCSD-STAFF wireless network, click on the wireless icon on the top menu bar and select OCSD-STAFF.

4e) Enter your user name, new password and click OK


Post reset steps for Windows laptops

5a) Click the wireless icon on lower task bar and select Network & Internet settings.
(Windows 7: Open Network and Sharing Center)

5c) Select Wi-Fi and then Manage known networks.
(Windows 7: Manage wireless networks)

5d) Click on OCSD-STAFF and then select Forget. 
(Windows 7: select Remove)

5e) Click on wireless icon in the lower right, select OCSD-STAFF and click Connect

5f) Enter your user name, new password and click OK.

5g) Click Connect.
