For over two decades, Andy Rapp has worked with our district's facilities helping with the upkeep. Since first installing the bleachers at OCHS more than 20 years ago, he's become the go-to person for maintaining everything from playground equipment to basketball hoops. What makes Andy truly special isn't just his technical expertise – it's his generous spirit. Time and again, when asked about payment, his response is a simple "No charge, I'll just take care of it." His dedication shows that, for Andy, this work isn't just a job; it's his way of supporting students and giving back to the community.
