From the OCSLA Team

Mardel works as the nutrition services staff for OCSLA. She works tirelessly to provide for the emotional and physical needs of our students through her work. She knows each student by name and food preference. As our programming has grown, she's worked to make food availability more flexible for students who are in our GED program or attending classes at CCC to make sure that they get the food they need. She looks for reasons to celebration seasonal and cultural holidays and goes above and beyond to create fun for students on those days.
