This experience will give you an advantage over others when applying for future jobs. It will help you develop and hone your skills and make you a competitive candidate for future employers.
Please apply by filling out the form linked in the button below. Applications must have a cover letter and a resume (need help? Ask your counselor or the Career and College team!). Applications will be accepted from September 18 through September 27, 2024. Applicants will be interviewed the following week, and selected applicants will be notified on October 7.
*This application is only open to high school students currently attending Oregon City High School, Oregon City Service Learning Academy, or Clackamas Academy of Industrial Sciences. We will meet twice a week, before school at Oregon City High School.
Last year, we offered this internship opportunity for the very first time. Together, we learned much and grew even more! The student group of interns last year were able to work on two distinct projects:
A student designed, and created fentanyl awareness campaign for students that was presented before the city leaders, community, middle school student bodies, and high school student bodies.
Web content for the Career Pathways on the Career and College Resource website for the initiative in our Strategic Plan.
