Oregon Health Authority Updates Covid-19 Guidance

As of May 10th, Tina Kotek, Governor of the State of Oregon has updated the guidance in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic. Included in this update are vaccination requirements. It states “As of Saturday, June 17, teachers, school staff and volunteers in Oregon’s private and public education settings will no longer be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.” It then goes on to give suggestions on what to do if you are sick, guidance for COVID-19 in schools (which now reflect similar guidelines to the flu), access to COVID-19 vaccines, testing and treatment, etc.
