Notice is hereby given that Oregon City School District NO 62 is seeking proposals from experienced Contractors interested in providing Construction Services for the Loder Road Improvement Project for Oregon City School District. Sealed proposals (Hard Bid), one original (marked as such), six copies and one PDF copy on a USB flash drive, in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked “Proposal To Provide Contractor Services - Loder Road Improvement Project” will be accepted by Debbie Pearson, Oregon City School District, 1417 12th St, Oregon City, OR 97045 until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, June 27th, after which time no further proposals will be received.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at 14551 Meyers Road, Oregon City, OR 97045.

Proposer should have demonstrated experience in servicing public sector accounts of equal size, complexity, and scope of Oregon City School District.
Proposals will be publicly opened at the Oregon City School District Office, immediately after the filing deadline. Proposers who attend the opening will be informed only of the names of the proposers submitting proposals. No other information will be made available at this time.
No proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the proposal contains a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder.
Oregon City School District 62 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
