PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Oregon City School District 62 is seeking proposals from qualified providers to obtain competitive offers from qualified Firms (Proposers) interested in providing Food Service Management Services for Oregon City School District beginning July 1, 2023.
Sealed proposals will be received by Michael Sweeten, Director of Operations at the Oregon City School District, 1417 12th Street, Oregon City, OR until 2:00 p.m., February 17, 2023. Late proposals will not be accepted.

A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference meeting and site tour will begin at Oregon City School District Transportation Maintenance Facility (TMF), 14551 Meyers Road, Oregon City, OR 97045 on January 25, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. PST
Proposer should have demonstrated experience in servicing public sector accounts of equal size, complexity, and scope of Oregon City School District.
Proposals will be publicly opened at the Oregon City School District, immediately after the filing deadline. Proposers who attend the opening will be informed only of the names of the proposers submitting proposals. No other information will be made available at this time.
No proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the proposal contains a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder.
Oregon City School District 62 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
