Using Zoom

You do not need to download any special software. All you need to do is click the link in the email. There is also a telephone number to call in and listen if you are not able to log in using a computer.
Please keep your microphone muted when not speaking to minimize background noise.

Patron Input

If you are planning to provide patron input during the meeting, use the chat function to notify the meeting moderators prior to the start of the meeting. If you are calling in and wish to provide patron input, email brenda.kirk@orecity.k12.or.us prior to the start of the meeting.
Please make your before 6:15pm and make sure to include your full name, home address, phone number and the topic you will be addressing.
Patron input is limited to community members residing in the Oregon City School District boundaries.
Patron input is limited to three minutes and following your comments, the board will not generally respond.
The number of patrons to address the board is determined by the school board chair or vice chair. Anyone not provided time to address the board during the meeting, can send an email to brenda.kirk@orecity.k12.or.us to have their statements shared with the board.
Speakers may offer objective criticism of school operations and programs, but the Board will not hear personal complaints concerning school personnel nor against any person connected with the school system. The chair will direct the visitor to appropriate means for Board consideration and disposition of legitimate complaints involving individuals.
